Anneliese Louise van der Pol is an American singer and actress with Dutch heritage, is an Dutch native. The actress is well-known for her stage performances, and her role as Chelsea Daniels is on Disney Channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol was born in Holland and was based in Holland for the last time from the time she was born. Van der Pol performed pop/R&B renditions of The Lion King Circle of Life and Cinderella A Dream Is a Wish My Heart Makes as part of The Disney Channel Circle of Stars. In 2006, Van der Pol recorded a rendition of the Disney song Candle on the Water by Pete's Dragon as part of Disneymania. A Change in Me, the most well-known song on Belle van der Poli's Broadway musical soundtrack, was written by her due to the character she played in Belle van der Pol.
