Rene Marie Russo, an American actress and filmmaker who was previously a supermodel, is a director in film. She is known for her beautiful beauty and her longstanding success in the competitive film industry reflects her ability and skill as an actress. Her professional career started out as a model for fashion in the 1970s. She quickly rose to a high level in the fashion industry. At the beginning of 1990, she began studying the theatre and acting. Later, she moved to Los Angeles and California she had her first appearance on stage. Russo began her film debut in ABCs drama series Sable in 1987 as the character of Eden Kendell. Her first movie Major League two years after, she played Tom Berengers romantic interest. In the following years she joined Invicta Fighting Championships before joining Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC). The fighter has achieved a significant amount of recognition since joining the UFC because of her inside and outside the Octagon's octagon.
